Our programs expose students to college credit, industry certifications, and immersive learning, including travel, competitions, and community-based work. At the IMPACT Center, every student is seen as a leader in the making. Through our partnership with FranklinCovey, students complete eight microcredentials within the Life-Ready Leadership curriculum, progressing through Self-Leadership, Team Leadership, and Impact Leadership. These microcredentials culminate in the Life-Ready Leadership Certificate—an official, nationally recognized credential that certifies a student’s ability to lead with integrity, influence, and vision. Leadership at IMPACT is rooted in real-world application: students lead projects, facilitate team collaboration, manage timelines and outcomes, and present solutions to authentic audiences. Whether they are organizing a community initiative, launching a student-led enterprise, or guiding peers in classroom discussions, students develop the skills and confidence to lead with purpose. Project-based leadership is embedded into every pathway, ensuring that students graduate with not only academic knowledge, but also the adaptive leadership mindset needed to thrive in college, career, and life.
