September 2026
Dear IMPACT Center Families,
We have had another exciting month at the IMPACT Center! As we head into September, our routines are becoming stronger, our students are becoming more comfortable, and more of the unique opportunities we envisioned for IMPACT are beginning to launch.
There are several important dates, activities, and new opportunities coming up for our students. Please take a few minutes to review the information below so your family can stay up to date on everything happening at IMPACT.
- 9/1 - Yearbook Discount Deadline
- 9/2 - Middle School iReady Math Inform Diagnostic Assessment
- 9/2 - SKYCTC Dual Credit Student Support at IMPACT
- 9/3 - August Leaders of the Month
- 9/7 - No School - Labor Day
- 9/8 - PTSO Information Meeting 5:00-5:30 p.m.
- 9/9 - Library Check Out from the WCPL starts during lunch. This will be every Wednesday.
- 9/9 - PSTO Information Meeting 5:00-5:30
- 9/15 - Donato’s Spirit Day All Day at both locations
- 9/18 - No School for Students
- 9/21 - Action Team sign ups begin
- 9/23 - Picture Day for all students and staff
- 9/25 - Club Rush (High School during lunch, Middle School during Leadership)
In the next month, we are so excited to see our students take ownership and help make the IMPACT Center their own. Thank you for allowing us to educate your children and for partnering with us as we continue building something special.

Before taking the position as the principal of the IMPACT Center, Dr. Rich served as the principal of Jennings Creek Elementary School from July 2022 - July 2024. He is a known culture builder; in his first two years as principal, Jennings Creek Elementary obtained FranklinCovey Leader in Me Lighthouse status, researched and incorporated new educational trends and instructional strategies to optimize education effectiveness, and cultivated positive relationships between community members, students and teachers.
