Principal's Message

Cody Rich

August 2026

Welcome to the very first school year at the IMPACT Center for Leadership & Innovation! We are thrilled to begin this exciting journey with our students, families, staff and community as we open the doors to a new chapter in education.

At IMPACT, we believe every student has the ability to Lead, Learn and Innovate. Our mission is to provide opportunities that inspire curiosity, encourage collaboration, and prepare students with the skills they need to succeed in college, careers, and life.

As we begin this inaugural year, we are excited to create a culture where students are empowered to take ownership of their learning, explore new possibilities and make a lasting impact. Together, we will embrace challenges, celebrate successes, and build a community centered on creativity, leadership, and innovation.

Thank you for your support as we launch this incredible opportunity for our students. We cannot wait to see all that our Bulldogs will accomplish this year!

Welcome to the IMPACT Center for Leadership & Innovation — a place where students are inspired to make a difference.
