Principal's Message

Cody Rich

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Warren County Public Schools is excited to share an important milestone in the launch of the IMPACT Center for Leadership and Innovation. We have officially accepted our first class of students and will continue registering additional students throughout the remainder of the spring semester. We are thrilled to welcome our inaugural class to the IMPACT Center in August of 2026.

The IMPACT Center will serve students in grades 7 through 12 and will offer a unique, future focused learning environment built around five innovative academies: AI and Cyber Systems, Aeronautics, Biomedical Innovation, Design, Enterprise and Visionary Arts, and Robotics and Advanced Systems. Each academy is intentionally designed to develop leadership, problem solving, and real world readiness while allowing students to pursue areas of personal interest and strength.

Our work is strengthened through partnerships with industry and community leaders including FranklinCovey, IBM, the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce, and multiple colleges and universities. These partnerships help ensure that students engage in authentic, project based learning experiences that mirror the expectations of college, careers, and civic leadership.

The IMPACT Center will implement FranklinCovey’s Life Ready Leadership curriculum as a foundational component of the student experience. Through this work, students will develop essential leadership habits and competencies while earning the Life Ready Leadership Certificate, a credential recognized by employers, higher education institutions, and industry partners nationwide.

As we continue the registration process this spring, we remain committed to clear communication and family engagement. Additional opportunities for students and families to learn more about the IMPACT Center will be shared as enrollment continues and preparations move forward.

Thank you for your interest, trust, and support as we bring this innovative learning environment to life for students across Warren County. Please feel free to contact me with any questions at (270) 781 5150 or cody.rich@warren.kyschools.us.

Respectfully,

Cody Rich
